How do you handle conflict?

I meddle behind the scenes until the problem just quietly disappears, then act like I had nothing to do with it

I stay warm and pleasant right up until someone crosses a line, then I end it fast and go back to being pleasant

I've already run every version of this in my head, I just need the room to catch up to the plan

I put my guard up first and worry about being fair later, looking weak scares me more than being wrong

What's your ideal role in a group?

The one who decides who's really trustworthy and who isn't, and defends that line hard

The one hyping everyone up and turning every small win into something worth celebrating

The steady one everybody forgets is watching, until the moment they need someone watching

The one who finds a way to make something out of nothing when everyone else is stuck

Control, not for its own sake, but because I trust the outcome more when I'm the one steering it

To see the people around me become the best version of themselves, even if they resent the standard at first

To be the one everyone's watching, admired a little, envied a little, never overlooked

Honesty, even the ugly kind, I'd rather know exactly where I stand with someone

How much I actually understand about what's really going on around me

How much it would wreck me if the people I love slowly drifted away

How much I'm actually orchestrating behind a face that gives nothing away

That I care more than I let on, caring out loud feels like a weakness I can't afford

I quietly become dangerous on your behalf and never mention it again

I just stay close, share what I have, and place myself between you and whatever's coming

I hold you to a higher standard because I actually believe you can meet it

I act annoyed about it the whole time, then show up anyway when it actually counts

Finding out the peace I built everything around was never as solid as I told myself

Getting written off as a lost cause by the people who are supposed to believe in me

I go with my gut immediately, then spend zero time second guessing it

I decide based on what I refuse to be embarrassed by later

I go quiet and just start moving toward whatever feels wrong before I can even explain why

Get between the danger and the people I love, ask questions after it's over

Grab the person I care about most and refuse to let go of them no matter what

Make sure I come out of this looking composed, panicking is for later, alone

Switch into whoever this situation needs me to be and sort out the rest later

That I loved without holding anything back, even when it wasn't easy for anyone

That I made it out of nothing, on nobody's help but my own two hands

That I raised the bar for everyone around me and they became better for it

That I always told people the truth, even when it cost me their comfort
